Who we are

This website is run by Asterlor AI (“we”, “us”), the company behind JessicaAI. This policy explains what information we collect when you use jessicaai.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only; customers who use JessicaAI products are also covered by the terms of their agreement with us.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the contact or book-a-demo form we receive your name, email address, company, the product you are interested in and any message you write. If you WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you send.

Chat conversations. If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to our server and to Google’s Gemini service to generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and run demos, understand which of our products fits your needs, keep the site secure, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to why you shared it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this site, and only as needed: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox), and Google (powering the chat assistant). These providers may process data outside India. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and demo details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, and then delete them. Chat messages are not stored by us beyond what is needed to answer you.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent you have given, or raise a grievance. Email ceo@jessicaai.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
